If you’re curious about buying a home and don’t know where to start or even if it’s not the right time to buy a home and want to just learn more... come join our panel of speakers Fernando Escaffi (Owner/Co-Founder of PrimeLine Capital), and Shawn Gerald (Broker in charge of Queen City House Hunters) as they give you an Introduction to Home Buying Tour.

We will have mimosas and a breakfast spread at Trolly Barn (upper level)

What we will cover:

1. Real estate as an investment vehicle and what drives home prices

2. Learn about the overall home buying process

3. Learn how to shop for a mortgage and financing tips and tricks to beat the banks

4. Network and mingle with real estate and mortgage professionals to get tips on how to hit your goals of homeownership

Schedule:

10 am- sign in . Grab a mimosa (or two) and some bagels and sliders

10:30-11:00ish- Fernando and Shawn will take you on the homebuying tour.

11:10-Noon- Mingle and network. Grab more mimosas and food

We will be on the upper level so please use stairs to go up
