You can grow your own organic herbs for cooking and more. Join NHG's Rusty E. Allen as we discuss the best site and soil selections tailored to specific herbs and the seasonal maintenance for each, whether you decide to grow in containers, raised beds, or the ground.
Beginners will learn all the basics of how to start a herb garden. Our focus will be culinary uses with special emphasis on the herbs to start and use right now, but of course there's much more to herbs: aromatherapy and other uses will be noted, including those that are perfect to bring native bees, butterflies, and other pollinators to the garden.
