Your aerial journey begins here! Dive into the world of aerial with basic inversions and gentle exploration of the hammock apparatus—all while building flexibility, balance, and upper body strength. This intro session mirrors the more focused weekly hammock classes, where you'll practice foundational poses and inverts that set you up for future progression. Cost is $25; current Pole Members receive a $10 discount. This is a 45 minute class. IMPORTANT: if you are registering with friends EACH of you must create an account and register yourself for the same class.
