Intro to Gouache Price: $75

Have you been interested in trying a new medium? Do you love the opaque look of gouache, but don't know where to start? This class is all about this underrated matte medium and how to use it to make beautiful, graphic paintings.
We will explore a few different brands of gouache and talk about how to get your paint to the right consistency, different techniques, what substrates work best, and how to get the best results when using this beautiful medium.
By the end of this class the instructor will guide you in creating a 6x8 original painting. I suggest bringing a picture reference printed out in that size in both color and black and white.
Cancellation Policy: We will refund 50% for any cancellation made at least eight days before the class. After 8 days, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including illness. If you cannot attend after registration, you are welcome to gift your tuition to a friend at no charge. We do not transfer tuition from one class to another.
