These are true beginner-level classes - in-person, casual and uplifting. Instructor Mindy Hill.
GENTLE YOGA FOR BEGINNERS ONLY
Learn Yoga with others who are trying it for the first time. Why Yoga? To feel better in & about your body. Yoga has been known to reduce stress and depression, improve mindfulness and sleep quality, enhance balance and flexibility. Try it! You might like it!
Positions can be done on chair (provided) or bring your own mat.
Please dress in layers for your comfort. Open to all but intended for those 60 yrs. and older.

$40 donation for the series is requested.
