Intro to Free-Flow Journal Writing: Ontario

Join us for a free-flow writing session, a one-hour virtual experience in partnership with the Duxbury Free Library. We’ll introduce free-flow writing—also known as stream-of-consciousness writing—and put it into practice by journaling together while exploring the theme of home, place, and belonging.

Whether you’re brand new to journaling or returning after a break, this space is for you.

✨ Journal with guided prompts, with optional sharing
