Learn how to prep your food to achieve the best results of dehydrating your food. This is a great way to preserve your summer harvest or local farmer's market purchases for your pantry. This class will help you use one of the oldest food preservation methods known to man.
We'll discuss methods of drying, selecting the correct dehydrator for your use and proper storage once your product is dehydrated.
Open to everyone. Bring yourself and your questions. A pen or pencil for notes may be a good idea too.
