Join us for an empowering in-person event at Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi in Brookline! This workshop is perfect for beginners. Our programs have helped thousands of people worldwide improve their health and live with greater joy and purpose. This mini-workshop will help you gain clarity on what Body & Brain classes, workshops, and private sessions have to offer. We'll introduce some basic concepts and get familiar with signature exercises like meridian stretching, dahn jon tapping (a moving meditation), intestine exercise (for circulation and better gut health), and deep breathing and relaxation. Meghan Bliss is a Brain Education Trainer and Wellness Instructor based in Mesa, AZ. She began her journey in 2016, determined to find her own health and wellness after her nursing school degree left her with more questions than answers. She has a passion for connecting with community and making her teachings accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. Meghan has worked with corporations, nonprofits, schools, and senior living centers mostly in the Boston area before her move to Arizona in March of 2024. From daily group classes to one-on-one private sessions to outdoor mindfulness adventures for young adults, Meghan offers practical lifestyle tips to achieving health, happiness, and peace.
