Intro to Carpentry introduces students to the basic tools, skills and concepts necessary to tackle projects in home renovation and remodeling. Providing an introduction to Carpentry, this course provides an excellent foundation for anyone looking to perform home repairs, tackle large home projects or contemplating a career in the field of Carpentry. Carpentry Level I includes 4 weeks of classes. Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm. No experience necessary however this class is an adult level class (no one under 18 without an attending guardian unless granted prior approval).
Students will be leaving with a set of sawhorses built in class in addition be participating in other community build projects.
