Interested or intrigued by card reading but not sure where to start or feeling intimidated? This Intro to Card Reading Workshop is for you! This informational and hands-on session is designed for the card reading beginner; you’ll leave this session with all of the information you’ll need to start practicing! Hosted by Katie, an intuitive energy worker, who believes that card reading is an invaluable tool available to everyone. This workshop will cover:
•what card reading is (a tool to connect more deeply with your subconscious, Higher Self, Spirit Guides, Source, etc.) and what card reading is not (demonic, future-telling, etc.)
•the difference between Oracle cards and Tarot cards (this session will focus on Oracle cards)
•how to prepare for a reading (cleansing, grounding, protection, and intention setting)
•different ways to use the cards
•beginner card spreads
•practice reading for yourself
•practice reading for someone else (for this portion you will be paired with another attendee to practice reading for each other)
•how to close a reading
Note: Card decks and notebooks will be provided for practice (deck NOT included with purchase). You are also welcome to bring your own deck, just know that this workshop will focus on Oracle cards, not Tarot cards.
