About this Event
An introduction to the beautiful movement patterns and sequences of Budokon. The Budokon method blends the powerful movements of Martial Arts with the mobilty and grace of Yoga.
Sunday Dec 14th, from 2:00-4:00pm
Mover Nelson Leon is an experienced athlete certified and seasoned in a variety of modalities- such as Jiu-Jitsu, Budokon Yoga, and Conditioning for Combat Athletes.
Nelson will introduce The Budokon Archer series, like it sounds you'll practice patterns mimicking an archer (shooting an arrow) and then transitioning to other martial art poses. You'll also recognize a lot of traditional yoga poses blended in there as well.
Apart from learning this fun and POWERFUL sequence you'll get to learn and practice mobility drills + locomotive patterns (primal, animal like movements on the ground.)

No matter where you are physically this is for those that are curious and just want to PLAY with fun and unqiue movement patterns.
