In this workshop our instructor mechanic will cover various elements of common braking systems including v, canti, dual pivot, and disc brakes.
Participants will have a hands-on opportunity to learn:
- Installation and adjustment of cable actuated brakes
- Proper brake pad selection
- Monitoring braking surfaces for wear and recognizing when to service or replace them
- Caliper adjustment
- Lever compatibilities
