About this Event
Intro to Bioregional Herbalism is a workshop designed to introduce participants to place-based herbalism and the basics of crafting effective herbal medicines. In this workshop, we will spend time getting to know some of the flora and herbs native and local to the Northeast region of Florida by engaging in multisensory exploration through sight, smell, taste, touch, and feel. Participants will be guided in a plant walk at Earth's Farm & Market. Finally, to apply the knowledge shared we will also be crafting an herbal remedy using some of the herbs participants learned about. Resources and materials are included in the price. Light refreshments will be provided.
