We will share how the doshas, types of energy that circulate in the body, are responsible for health and life balance. Nourishment in the form of food as medicine, meal timing, and awareness enhances your proper digestive processes within the body. Healthy absorption of essential nutrients, sensory perceptions and life experiences contribute to balanced well-being!
