A 4 week series that dives into the foundations of yoga asana and how to build a consistent physical yoga practice. Below, you will find a breakdown of what topic is covered in each session. Each week, we will build upon what we have learned and finish with putting it all together for a Vinyasa Yoga class!Each class will be 45 minutes of practice with 10 minutes available at the end of the session for questions & insightful discussion. The final class will consist of a 60 minute Vinyasa practice. There is a limit of 10 spots available for this small group series. These classes are non-heated.

Week 2: Sun Salutations; Pranayama connected with asanas
Week 3: Integrity in the physical body; Using props and adaptations
