About this Event
*This event is open to NYU Students, Staff, and Faculty only.*
During this in-person workshop, you will learn about the basics of Arduino such as different projects that you can make with an Arduino Uno Board as well as how to program the board in the Arduino IDE. Arduinos are simple computers that can be easily programmed. Participants will also work on a project and learn how to connect and read data from an accelerometer/gyroscope/temperature sensor.
Arduinos and the necessary materials will be provided! All you need to follow along is a laptop. **Before joining this workshop, you must have the Arduino IDE installed. You can download the software here.**
*This workshop is open to all current NYU student, staff, and faculty and will take place in-person at the NYU MakerSpace located in the Tandon School of Engineering on the Downtown Brooklyn campus.*
