Come learn the basics of Aerial Yoga in this fun workshop 👏🏻
You will learn basic Aerial Yoga movements and modifications as well as how to do inversions in a safe manner that feels amazing on the body 🥰
Come learn to fly, float, and go upside down in this 90 minute workshop 💫
👉🏻No prerequisites required. You don’t need to have any experience in aerial or in yoga.
After taking this workshop you will feel prepared to take any of our Aerial Yoga Classes 🙌🏻
👉🏻 Enter through back entrance of studio where lobby is located. Wear comfortable clothing with no zippers and no jewelry to protect you and the hammocks. Bring a pair of socks (grip socks preferred) to wear in class and some water.
