Curious about aerial yoga but not sure where to start?This 3-week beginner series is designed to help you feel confident, safe, and comfortable in the hammock — even if you’ve never stepped foot in an aerial class before.
Over the course of three 60-minute sessions, you’ll:
Learn the foundations of aerial yoga step-by-step
Build strength, mobility, and body awareness
Explore beginner-friendly poses (including one gentle inversion each week)
Enjoy deep relaxation in a supported savasana to end each class
You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, try new movements, and move at your own pace. By the end of the series, you’ll be ready to join our regular aerial yoga classes with confidence.
