This four-week Intro to Aerial Yoga is great for new students and incorporates a soft hammock to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana yoga, both in the air and on the ground. This class will offer students the opportunity to learn the basics so that they can feel more comfortable attending all-level classes. All Levels are welcome. No Yoga experience is required. Space is limited. Note the age requirement: All participants must be over 13 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must take the series along with a child and purchase 2 tickets.
Purchase and Reserve your spot online for all 4 weeks. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. You MUST wear a tee shirt that covers your armpits, yoga leggings fitted to your ankles, and no shorts. See less
