This is an introductory class designed for true beginners. Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial silks and unique types of movements in the air, in addition to conditioning exercises focused on increasing upper body and core strength. NO prior experience needed. Students will be able to learn at their own pace. This series starts the first week of the month and ends on the 4th week. Once students have finished this series they will be ready for all level 1 classes.Investment: $50 for all 4 weeks
