Ready to try a new form of fitness, gain some strength and confidence? This 4-week Beginners Aerial Hoop course is aimed at those who have never tried this before, and will cover everything you need to know to get started and off the ground.You will learn how to mount and dismount the equipment, some static shapes in the hoop as well as some transitions (and even our logo shape in your second week). There is no need to have any upper body strength to start with as you build this up along the way just by participating in the classes. Our hoops are also always rigged at different heights, so you are guaranteed to sit in one in your first lesson.
The most frequent excuses I hear are ‘I’m not strong enough’, ‘I need to lose weight first’, I’m not bendy enough’, but I am here to prove that anyone can do aerial if you give a little time for yourself. Come and join our supportive and friendly instructor, learn something new and surprise yourself with your capabilities.

All our classes aim to build strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination and mostly importantly CONFIDENCE. Variations and progressions are always given to suit every student in the room and equipment is shared for that all important rest time. Leave the reality of life at the door and give yourself an hour instead.
Instructions:
Please arrive 5/10 minutes before the start of your class (participation in the warmups are mandatory) wearing comfortable clothing that covers the back of your legs. Inform the instructor of any injuries or illnesses that could affect your session and adaptations will be made. Remove all jewellery including rings and bracelets, not only for your safety- there are some scary horror stories, but also to avoid damaging the equipment. Feel free to bring a water bottle and your phone to capture those incredible shapes as well as your PROGRESS- you will want those ‘before’ pics as well as the ‘after’ ones. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and any cancellation after this, you will not get a refund. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be manually processed.
