Ever watch a Cirque du Soleil show and wish you could fly too? You can!In this 75-minute multiple apparatus introductory session, we will spend time getting acquainted with our three favorite apparti: aerial silks, lyra (or aerial hoop), and chandelyra. You will be led through a group warm up targeting all muscle groups before exploring foundational skills on each apparatus. All students will have an opportunity to take photos on their favorite apparatus before a target cool down.
