PARTICIPATION PREREQUISITE:1. The Competition is open for current students of any level from any department of Daffodil International University.
2. Those who are interested in participating in this contest have to complete a registration by paying a certain amount of registration fee.
3. After successful completion of registration, a team can participate in this contest.
CONTEST DETAILS:
1. The contest will have 2 rounds.
a. The first round is the preliminary round and will be open for all registered teams. Each team will have only 2 contestants. If anyone wants to participate individually then he/she can do so.
b. All registered teams will participate in the preliminary round.
c. Representing members of each team of the preliminary round will get a T-shirt & certificate. [*Snacks will be provided for each participant]
d. The Platform for the preliminary round is Kaggle.
e. Online search is strictly prohibited during contest period.
f. Participants may carry hard copies. (Up to 100 pages)
g. Dataset will be provided by DIU NLP & ML Lab.
h. Representing members of each team in the final round will get a Certificate. [*Lunch will be provided for each participant]
2. 5 teams will be selected as the 5th position, 4th position, 2nd runner up, 1st runner up, and winner positions.
3. For completing registration, Solo Teams need to pay 500 BDT & Duo Teams need to pay 800 BDT (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket/DBBL).
TIMELINE:
Registration Deadline: 30 April, 2024
Grooming Session: 30 April, 2024
Preliminary Round: 10 May, 2024 (Onsite @ DIU)
Final Round: 17 May, 2024 (Onsite @ DIU)
Prize Giving Ceremony: 21 May, 2024
