Chief Intoxicologist China Moon brings three (3) decades of luxury bartending expertise to this hands-on Halloween cocktail experience. Thursday, October 30th, 2025—three (3) spooky libations, zero gatekeeping.
You'll grasp stirring and shaking techniques, understand flavor architecture, learn proper bar tool handling, and walk away with skills that actually translate to your home bar. This isn't a casual sip-and-watch. This is a professional technique delivered in a format you can use immediately.

DOORS OPEN at 5:45 PM-- We'll begin class with attendees choosing their desired places (without touching any stationed items just yet), then everyone will adjourn to the sinks to wash their hands thoroughly, and we'll reunite in the classroom where I will introduce myself to those who are new to my classes or who have yet to attend an event where my company has been of service. Our final start to the class is to nom-nom on some hors d’oeuvres that complement the evening's upcoming cocktails.
