Marlene Renick will be teaching us the basics of Tai Chi.Tai Chi is the PERFECT exercise! Tai Chi looks like a cross between shadow boxing and slow-motion ballet.
Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, beautiful, relaxed movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body.
Marlene has been teaching Tai Chi for 20 years. She loves Tai Chi and praises the practice for adding quality to her life. Memory is increased, and dimentia is staved off when practicing Tai Chi. It also aids in balance.
T. T. Liang is quoted as saying, "Of all the exercises, I should say that Tai Chi is the best. It can ward off disease, banish worry and tension, bring improved physical health and prolong life. It is a good hobby for your whole life, the older you are the better. It is suitable for everyone - the weak, the sick, the aged, children, the disabled, and the blind. It is also an economical exercise. As long as one has three square of space, one can take a trip to paradise and stay there to enjoy life for thirty minutes without spending a single cent."

The class will be held inside the salt cave, and is limited to 6 participants. You will not only be enjoying this gentle mind body experience, you will be enjoying a halotherapy session as well.
Class is limited to 6, so you will receive plenty of individualized attention if needed.
