Announcing Winter Start Time! What's the point of participating in earth-based spirituality if you never get your hiking boots dirty? Join TAPA and the Triangle Wednesday Kindred for a third-Sunday, all-ages woods walk/hike. Hosted by Social Ambassador Nate and Cam, your warm and friendly harbinger of fear and chaos.
We'll be walking the Loblolly Trail. Starting point: Umstead Park Reedy Creek entrance, 2100 N. Harrison Ave. Cary, NC 27513. Photos of the trailhead: https://www.meetup.com/triangleareapaganalliance/photos/32724288/ We gather at 9:50 a.m. and leave at 10:05 a.m. sharp, and we'll finish around 12. Leashed, trained dogs welcome. Supervised children also welcome; need not be leashed.
This walk is aerobic, and has one stream crossing where you'll want to have non-slippy shoes. AllTrails rates it as "moderate."
