Into the Stillness – A Winter Solstice Gathering
Join me on Sunday 21st December, 1:15pm – 3:45pm, for a gentle afternoon of reflection, nature, and sound as we honour the Winter Solstice, the turning point of the year, when the light begins to return.
Together we will…
Wander mindfully into the winter beauty of Ashenbank Wood, then make our way back the The Meadow Room to share light seasonal refreshments and make ourselves warm and cosy before we allow ourselves to rest deeply in a soothing sound bath.
Approx. 3 - 4 miles
This gathering is a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, with the natural world, and with the cycle of the seasons.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on for the sound bath, and wrap up warmly for the woodland wander.
All your items can be set up and and left securely for our return.
Please dress appropriately for the weather.
