On the longest night of the year, we’ll gather in a cozy home space to soften, surrender, and reconnect with the light within.
We’ll begin with a Yoga Nidra meditation focused on deep rest and amplifying the inner light that’s always there, even in the darkest seasons. From there, you’ll be guided into a live sound healing journey, where Vanessa will weave her voice with crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and other instruments to support a state of deep relaxation and gentle renewal.
Sound baths and Yoga Nidra on their own are powerful tools for nervous system reset, healing, and inner transformation—this special Solstice event combines both.
