🦊 Into the Jam 🦄Contact Technique & Jamming Culture
What makes a jam an inspiring and satisfying experience? How does this co-creation actually work and what can each of us contribute? In this format we will explore principles of Contact Improvisation and practice the art of jamming by researching these questions.
We will offer some contact technique as well, that will support us to land together, develop our common language and connect safely and creatively with different dance partners.
Dive into the world of jamming and discover the magic of movement, connection, and improvisation. This journey invites you to explore the multilayered dimensions of a Contact Improvisation jam.

We are delighted to have two wonderful musicians in our midst, Pan Jelinek and Patrice Lipeb. How can music and dance merge, challenge, collaborate and enrich each other in an inspiring dialogue to experience the diversity of our practice?
What to expect:

✅ Classes: Deepening techniques to help you moving more confidently and freely in the jam space
✅ Jams with Live Music: A space for practice, exploration and integration
This format is open for dancers of all levels of experience - regardless of whether you are just discovering the world of Contact Improvisation or would like to deepen your long-standing practice.

CI Jams stellen eine Herausforderung dar, in der Ungewissheit und magische Momente Hand in Hand gehen. In diesem Workshop praktizieren wir Contact Improvisation und erforschen, was eine Jam zu einem inspirierenden Erlebnis macht.
Wir stellen Fragen: Wie gestalte ich diesen Raum? Was brauche ich für meine persönliche Reise in der Jam? Was erwartet die Jam von mir? Unser Ziel ist nicht, endgültige Antworten zu finden, sondern diese Fragen zu benennen und in Bewegung zu bringen.
Es gibt bewährte Prinzipien und Ansätze, die dir ermöglichen, offen zu bleiben und ein spannendes sowie vielseitiges Jam-Erlebnis zu kreieren.
In den Klassen beschäftigen wir uns mit technischen Grundlagen, die dir Orientierung geben, die gemeinsame tänzerische Sprache fördern und dir ermöglichen, dich sicher und kreativ mit anderen zu bewegen.
Tauche ein in die Welt des Jammens.
Dieses Format lädt dich dazu ein, die tieferen Dimensionen der Contact Improvisation Jam zu erleben.
