Join Lauren and Shauna for ‘Into The Earth’ Yoga & Soundbath for the Root Chakra🌹The Root Chakra also known as Muladhara Chakra is located at the very base of the spine and is the first part of us that is formed in the womb.
It is our very foundation which makes us feel grounded & secure in ourselves and in the world.
Lauren will lead you through some Pranayama ( breathwork practices) focusing our breath & awareness to the Root, breathing in safety & security.
Then she will guide a gentle Yoga practice suitable for all levels including beginners with particular awareness on the feet, legs, hips and lower back.
You will then settle into a comfortable resting position for a guided meditation before Shauna brings you on a sound healing journey using various Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, drumming & other instruments all connected to the Root Chakra to enhance that grounding energy that we will have cultivated throughout the yoga practice.
