Into the Blue: A Crystal Bowl Ocean Sound Bath

This immersive experience weaves guided meditation with crystal singing bowls and the gentle pulse of an ocean drum, creating a sense of floating, release, and deep nervous-system rest. Like the sea itself, the sound bath invites you to soften, let go, and return to your natural rhythm.
