The first part of this six-hour event will focus on inward spiritual practice, bringing us into deeper contact with our bodies, our subtle energies and our essential nature. This will include Tantric Yoga, an inward and meditative form of embodied practice that, by focusing on the subtle anatomy of the chakras, nadis and internal mantras, helps to awaken prana and presence. We will also practice Yoga Nidra, a profound method of non-sleep deep-rest, conscious relaxation and inner exploration, as well as seated Kriya and Self-enquiry Meditation, which cultivate stillness and clarity of mind.The second part of the event will be devoted to the relational practice of Circling and Surrendered Leadership. These relational mindfulness practices invite participants to meet one another with presence, curiosity, and openness, revealing deeper truths of self and other in real time. In this way, the workshop moves from the inner to the intersubjective, from the practice of presence alone, with one's own inner experience, to the practice of presence in relationship. We have the opportunity to notice how it is to be ourselves physically, energetically, emotionally and relationally.
This transformational practice is incredibly powerful and can be intense, emotive and confronting.
