WHAT IS SHIBARI?
It's the beautiful Japanese art of rope tying that goes beyond just knots. It's about connecting with yourself and others on a deeper level. At our workshops and retreats, you can dive into this ancient practice, perfect for couples or anyone looking to enhance their relationships. It's a journey of self-discovery and intimacy, open to all, no matter who you are.
Life's too short for superficial connections.
In a world of fast-paced interactions, missing out on true connection can lead to strained relationships and feeling unfulfilled. When we hold back from fully expressing ourselves, we limit our potential for personal growth and satisfaction. Embracing deep intimacy isn't just a choice—it's essential for a truly fulfilling life.
SHIBARI IS FOR EVERY BODY
I harness Shibari's transformative power as a coaching modality, focusing on vulnerability and connection. Ideal for healers, coaches, couples, singles, therapists, and artists, Shibari provides a unique avenue for growth and understanding within a safe space.

DAY 1 | Friday 6 - 9 PM
Info: Our three-day Intimate Leadership & Empowered Surrender: a Shibari Intensive starts with a captivating shibari performance, known as a "rope opera," featuring a demonstration partner. We'll then introduce ourselves, set intentions for the workshop, and end with an intriguing exercise to spark curiosity.

DAY 2 | Saturday -11 AM till 7 PM Rope Party - 9 PM till Midnight
Info: On Saturday morning, we'll dive deep into the critical aspects of consent, safety, and communication essential for any Shibari or scenes. Without these elements, neither safety nor a positive experience for you or your partner is guaranteed. We're committed to thorough training, ensuring you become a confident and trustworthy leader and a receptive, communicative partner.
After mastering these fundamentals, we'll spend the day practicing beginner shibari techniques. Lunch will provide an opportunity to discuss cognitive concepts such as energy exchange, provocation, and vulnerability. Dinner will conclude with reflections, Q&A, and an optional social activity, offering a chance to unwind after intense training.
Remember to take breaks and stay hydrated. Just like yoga, shibari is your personal practice, so prioritize self-care throughout.
🕑: 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM
DAY 3 | Sunday 11 AM till 1 PM
Info: Sunday begins with a brief shibari exercise focused on learning to provide aftercare as both the guide and receiver. We will also explore techniques for integration of peak experiences, so that the emotional portal you open through ropes remains accessible during your future explorations. We will close with reflections over shared lunch.
