About this Event
Are you always confident in your YES and NO? What about when you feel that "maybe" or have an inner dialogue going around in circles? We will be exploring your 7 centres of intelligence in an embodied, fun and illuminating process that you can use for both quick decisions and bigger life challenges.
Seven Brains Workshop is a playful yet profound journey into exploring the seven centers of intelligence within us. We’ll delve into the familiar realms of the mind and heart, but we’ll also explore the lesser-known realms of the gut, the shadow, and sex brain. Each of these centres holds valuable insights about how we think, feel, and navigate our lives.
The gut, often overlooked, actually holds three distinct "brains": the instinctive brain, which governs our gut instincts; the emotional brain, where our feelings reside; and the fear brain, where our survival reactions are rooted. In this workshop, we take a closer look at each of these to uncover the different ways they influence us.
We then move to the shadow brain—a space within where we store parts of ourselves we rarely admit or express. This center allows us to explore desires, impulses, and traits we might disown or deny in our everyday lives. Understanding this part can help us feel more complete and authentic.
Finally, we visit the sex brain or eros, which holds our passion and aliveness. This is the part that signals what energizes us, what we truly desire, and where we can channel our creative energy and realise what really turns us on!
This can help us with big picture stuff like our life's purpose, as well as the difficult decisions that are a part of our daily life choices.
What to expect:
Participants will experience these explorations in pairs and small groups, creating an intimate environment for deep learning and connection. Through guided experiences, playful interactions, and group reflections, you’ll gain practical tools to access and balance these seven centers of intelligence. Expect to leave with a greater sense of self-awareness, clarity, and confidence in navigating the complexities of your thoughts, emotions, and desires.
We will also explore the concept of the five bodies—layers of embodiment that include the physical body, the energetic body, and three less well known ones. This guided somatic journey helps you discover how these levels of embodiment influence your choices, well-being, and how you show up in the world.
This workshop creates a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment or shame. It’s a place to play, explore, and connect with parts of yourself that you may not yet fully understand or embrace. The insights you gain here are designed to be carried forward into your everyday life, helping you make choices that align with who you truly are.
Looking forward to embarking on this playful and transformative journey together!
Note: You may also like to consider Isy's other Melbourne offering for this visit, also held at Centre of You.
The powerful offering will take place over:
- Saturday 16 November 9am - 5pm and;
- Sunday 17 November 9am - 5pm.
Inter-generational gifts and wounds are carried by all of us. Our pain patterns are so often an echo of ancient ancestral traumas. Obsidian’s intention is to clear outdated and unconscious patterns and land new codes. We track back through the quantum field of time to the very seed of the issue. Sensing and feeling the ancestors, resonating through the body, the field brings out what needs to be seen. We rewire our own system as we resonate another’s. Through witnessing and honouring, entanglements are released with deep grace and renewed life-force surges through. Shifts ripple out into our world.
Over this weekend we will dive deep into patterns that are holding us back from our full potential, in love, in relating, sexuality, business or money.

Things to note:
Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Chairs are available. A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).
Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.
Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 6:15pm - 6:30pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 6:45pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.
Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).
Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).
Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.
Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. If you could use support in getting up the stairs or would like to discuss ways to make your experience at Centre of You more comfortable, please reach out via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.
