Interwoven: Slow Flow Warm Yoga
Interwoven: Slow Flow Warm Yoga at Living Balance Studio is designed to help Special Operations Spouses learn to manage stress and energy with guided breathwork and slow, steady poses and transitions. The pace of this class will be meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We will deepen each pose with several rounds of breath work before transitioning to a new pose. Participants will feel calm and rejuvenated at the end of class.
New to Interwoven events with The Station? Welcome! Please note that our OutStation Facilitator, Kristy Willis, will be in contact with you to share our mission and confirm your Special Operations Forces affiliation.

5:00 - 6:00 PM: Slow Flow Warm Yoga
Event Details:
- Please bring a yoga mat.
- This will be a warm class. Dress for the warmth.
- All abilities welcome; no experience necessary.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 12 attendees.
Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station to join the fun and learn mindful practices to improve self care.
