Interwoven: Walk to Run Joggin for Frogmen Training Program

It's time to put yourself on the calendar, summon your courage, and commit to working towards a goal just for YOU! Join The Station for a 12 week guided walk to run training program designed for you to complete The Joggin’ for Frogman 5k on July  27th. Participants will receive a carefully designed training plan with weekly workouts. Share encouragement with other accountability partners, prioritize your physical and mental health, and pursue your goal fueled by positivity and teamwork.

Event Details:

• The training programs provided by The Station have been designed by a certified personal trainer who specializes in coaching programming.
• No previous experience is necessary.
• Participants will have access to an online community of support throughout the training program.
