Special Operations Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a Stress Relief Workshop with Camino. The workshop is designed with an instructional purpose providing participants with tools and knowledge how to alleviate accumulated stress even when time and resources are limited. The use of massage balls include reducing muscle soreness, eliminating tension and tightness, increasing flexibility, and cultivating relaxation. Massage has been proven to benefit the mind and alleviate stress by the release of oxytocin; boost immunity by stimulating an increase of lymphocytes; reduce fatigue and improve the quality of sleep. At the end of this workshop you will leave with a set of stress-relief balls to take home and access to a virtual library of how-to alleviate stress videos.

What to Expect:
This class will be slow paced and suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.
All required props will be provided. If you prefer to bring your own, please feel free to do so.
- No prior experience is required
- You will leave the practice with a set of massage balls to take home and continue to practice daily stress relief whenever needed.
Additionally, please note that childcare is not available for this event, and children may not attend. Thank you for respecting this policy as it ensures a space free of distractions for the attendees.
