Interwoven: SOF Service Member Knife BuildSpecial Operations Forces Service Members are invited to join The Station Foundation for a knife build hosted at Valhalla's Forge to explore the restorative benefits of craftsmanship. Participants will lean into the mindfulness principles of presence and focus while tapping into creativity. Craftsmanship provides many psychological and cognitive benefits including stress reduction, mood regulation, improved concentration and spatial skills, and normalizing brain chemistry. Participants will reflect on their ethos and virtues while crafting their unique piece.

Closed toe shoes are required.
Lunch will be provided.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 15 participants. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event . Thank you for your consideration.
