Interwoven: Adventure Park for SOF Couples
Special Operations Forces Couples are invited to summon their courage and step out of their comfort zone into an experience that requires courage, patience, teamwork and positive self talk. Couples are invited to embrace the opportunity to climb to new heights together at The Adventure Park in Virginia Beach. This physical activity depends upon thoughtful movement, positive encouragement and communication with your climbing partner.
While this activity requires courage to climb, this time spent with The Station Foundation will emphasize prioritizing your relationship as a couple. Sharing this fun, outdoor adventure will demonstrate how playfulness strengthens your connection.
New to Interwoven events with The Station? Our outStation Facilitator, Jamie Dockiewicz, will be in contact with you to share our mission and confirm your Special Operations Forces affiliation.
12:30-12:45 PM: Arrival and Check In
12:45-1:00 PM: Welcome and Program Discussion
1:00-1:30 PM: Climbing Orientation and Practice
1:30-5:00 PM: Adventure Park Climbing
- No experience is necessary.
- Water and snacks will be provided.
- Closed toe shoes are required.
- All climbing equipment will be provided.
