Rare & Relevant Recruitment is hosting an event to share new perspectives and techniques about the job interview process.
The workshop welcomes professionals in human resources, recruitment, career coaching, and organizational leadership to discuss the barriers and opportunities with every new candidate search.
We offer tips on how to more accurately assess and select your potential future employees, their work and work style, and how they can best align to your organizational needs. We address each attendees hand picked objectives at the session and in an optional follow up coaching session (online or onsite).
Attendees will leave with a blueprint and toolbox of new strategies to continue to design a cohesive and comprehensive interviewing experience - that not only assists you with finding the most "appealing" candidates; but also leaves the prospective new hire more attracted to you and your organization, as well. Never forget the importance of that especially during times of almost full employment.
Fee: $110/per person, or $199/ for two participants, or $350/ for four participants. Must register in advance.
