Two of Norway’s top skiers, Pål Golberg and Kasper Stadaas, both AMK ambassadors, will be leading this special interval session. They’ll guide you through a fun and challenging workout, perfect for sharpening your form before race day.
More specifically, we will complete the interval:

To top it off, our friends at Maxim will be on site handing out energy bars to all participants – the perfect way to refuel after a solid session.💪
This is a great chance to train alongside fellow runners, get tips from elite athletes, and feel the marathon spirit build in the heart of Oslo.
