During her four-week residency at nunArt in Barcelona as part of Im_flieger CHANGING SPACES International, Martina De Dominicis reflected on and "digested" her latest work Latente. In her research she focused on the physical existence of her grandmother, her life of endless labour and care, her life under heavy patriarchal structures and her lack of freedom to sing or dance at all...
At the research presentation, the audience is invited to a hybrid format and will be free to navigate through a course of scores installed in the space at their own pace for 30 minutes. Afterwards, Martina de Dominicis will dance some of the scores for 10 minutes. It is an offer to get an insight into how she spent her days at nunArt in Barcelona.
