The 2024 annual conference on the Australasian Association of Writing Programs (AAWP) is taking place from 27-29 November at UNE Armidale campus.
This conference will include readings, papers, panels, performances, and workshops on the theme of 'intersections' from creative, academic, and professional writers.
Keynote speakers are Caroline Graham and Kylie Stevenson, the Walkley-award winning podcasters of Lost in Larrimah, and author Sophie Masson AM, who is currently writing a series of novels for adults under the penname Sophie Beaumont.
Membership to the AAWP is not necessary to attend the conference.
The conference can be attended in-person or via Zoom.
Ticket prices range from $150 (UNE staff and students/online concession) to $425 (standard, non-early bird rate) and can be purchased at the link below.
