About this Event
To be mindful is to be at peace, to regulate one’s emotions during stressful times and to remain calm when faced with conflict or trouble. Mindfulness is for both young children and for adults young at heart who wish to take a break from the turbulence of the everyday.
Designed to bridge generations, this interactive storytelling with yoga poses and origami craft workshop aims to bring together participants of all ages. Parents, caregivers, grandparents – do join in the activities with your children!
This session is open to all ages.
