About this Event
Navigating the interplay between ADA, FMLA, and Workers’ Compensation laws can be complex and can overlap in situations where an employee’s condition qualifies under more than one law. This session will assist Members in understanding when each law applies and how to coordinate benefits and accommodations. We will explore the following so you can effectively manage overlapping claims and minimize legal risks:
- The requirements of each law
- Evaluating claims individually
- Coordinating benefits
- Maintaining clear communication
