InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. It is a series of incremental improvisational forms that lead participants in movement, storytelling, silence, song, ease, and amusement. This workshop is the perfect antidote to stress and cynicism that lets you play at your level of comfort. Stick your toe in the water or dive in the deep end! InterPlay is a community of people around the world and is practiced in 60 cities on six continents (and has even been done in Antarctica!)
