Delivered as part of the North Tyneside ‘Internship Works’ project this session is aimed at employers to provide an overview of what Person-Centred Planning is, how education providers use Person Centred Planning with young people with learning needs and disabilities and how Person-Centred Plans can be used to successfully support learners into employment.
