About this Event
A free public wellbeing event in a popular landmark location of Willen Lake North with 16 classes across yoga, mindfulness, meditation and many other activities through the day. Endulge your senses with sound, smell and creativity, give your mind a break and your body a good stretch, discover - or deepen your knowledge of - breathwork and energy work.
You can take part in as many activities as you wish but to secure your space in classes book a free ticket and send a message to the organiser with a selection of your choices for the day. Once we check you in, you will be ready to go - grab your yoga matt, reusable water bottle, picnic (optional) and join us for the yoga retreat day!
Over a dozen of local yoga teachers, coaches and holistic practitioners collaborated together to bring this event to local residents for free. Don't be shy and reach out before, during, or after the event. We are all very passionate about what we do, and want to hear from other like-minded and curious people.
