Yoga Competition - International Yoga Day

The Online Yoga championship is open to all anyone can participate from India or other countries.

1- Online International Yoga championship 2024 (Video) - Trophy Medal & Certificate to all participants

Any 3 asanas should be recorded in video form Video length should be 1 to 3 min

Video to be shared on email id [email protected] or whatsapp on 8447861997 (If the video is more than 25 mb share the google drive link) and mention your name

Participants should tell the name of the asana and the benefit

Winners will be announced on 21st June 2024 at 8 pm on the Event Page

Winners will get Trophy Digital certificate and Medal by courier.

Age Categories - Under 7 years 7 to 12 Years 13 to 18 Years 19 to 40 Years 40+ Years (Top 3 winners in all age categories)

2- Online International Yoga championship 2024 (Image) - (Free Registration) 

Any 3 Asana's Photo to be posted on your instagram page and tagging @rj14sports (1st April to 18th June)

Send Link of your post on whatsapp on 8447861997 along with your name.

Winners will be selected by Judge

Winners will be announced on 21st June 2024 at 5 pm on Our Instagram Page - @rj14sports

Top 3 Winners in each category will get Medal and E-Certificate
