Join us for Derby’s biggest annual volunteer-powered women's liberation event. Be part of our FREE (donations appreciated) popular, inspiring, multicultural, award-winning International Women's Day Derby Festival with performances, empowering speakers, campaigns, film screenings, craftivism, panels, showcasing women's causes, sports and enterprise, and family fun.
You can discover local services, women's support and social groups, plus you’ll also meet lots of inspiring trailblazers such as women who are firefighters, artists, politicians, rugby players, scientists, engineers, business owners, changemakers and stereotype-busters in typically male-dominated fields. Open to all supporters, all genders, families welcome, inclusive, good vibes.

Women's Liberation March for women's rights worldwide
11am Rally - meet outside the Museum of Making for speeches and to join the march circuit, returning at 12pm
12-4pm, Community Celebration at the Museum of Making - drop by any time during the event.
Accessible venue, ground floor, level access with accessible toilet facilities.
